Keep cool this summer with a Frozen Watermelon Moscow Mule!
With the sweet, bubbly ginger beer and tart lime juice cutting through that sweetness, I love a regular Moscow Mule. It only gets better by adding one of my favorite summer fruits, watermelon, and turning it into a slush!
Frozen Watermelon Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
- 4 c. cubed watermelon, frozen
- 1 c. ginger beer
- 1/2 c. vodka
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- Ice, for blending
- Mint leaves (optional)
- Lime slices (optional)
Directions:
- In a blender, combine frozen watermelon, ginger beer, vodka, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
- Pour into cup, utilize optional garnishes and enjoy!
