Local Eat Drink Celebrate, in Pawleys Island, has created the best cup of coffee ever, and I can't get enough of it!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area and in general! As their name suggest, they are all about local, bringing locals together, promoting local business and organizations, and creating amazing snacks, sides and dishes from locally-sourced food. It's the perfect place for brunch, lunch or dinner, and they have a variety of drinks that go along with your food or occasion!
In addition to beer, mimosas and cocktails, they offer numerous coffee drinks with a kick, but my favorite right now is the Springbok.
It includes Amarula Cream Liqueur, Kahlua and coffee, and, to top it off, homemade bourbon vanilla whipped cream.
It's hot. It's creamy. It's sweet.
It's perfection.
