Don't have time to read, but you'd like to learn more about Buck Creek Foundation (DBA Giving Hope Gardens), their new programs and partnerships or their upcoming charity golf tournament? Listen to Van Roberts most recent chat with Chairwoman Lori Suggs!

Help individuals with disabilities in our area learn life skills by participating in Giving Hope Gardens upcoming charity golf tournament!

Giving Hope Gardens (GHG), a 501(c)3 small garden retail center operating under Buck Creek Foundation, grows plants and people.

GHG assist adults with special needs transitioning out of high school by creating a safe work environment where they can gain skills for employment and much more.

Their interns work alongside the GHG staff, board members and volunteers providing a wide variety of plants and produce to the community, which you can purchase in addition to crafts amde by their interns.

They're open Tuesday through Saturday, and when you shop with them or donate, you're helping further their mission.

Despite recent financial challenges, which you can learn more about in our previous chat, they've remained dedicated to their end goal of providing a supportive housing community designed to promote independence among adults with disabilities.

They hope to raise more funds for this vision through their first charity golf tournament on Saturday, June 20th, at Diamondback Golf Club in Loris.

Play with your coworkers, friends or family. They're looking for 4-person teams, and your registration will include a round of golf, range balls, green fee, cart fee, food and drinks and gift bag!

Registration deadline is Wednesday, June 10th.
