Hey, it's Chelsey Rene, afternoons on EASY!
In case you missed it:
- Sam and I are trying to be healthier. Drink more water. Cut back on the sugary drinks and alcoholic beverages. So we've been leaning a lot more on sparkling water, and the Coconut Pineapple Bubly is one of our favorites. It's delicious. Refreshing. And not bad for you!
- I'm currently reading another thriller by Lisa Gardner called Hide. It is so darn good. Normally, it takes me a while to finish a book. Not her stories, though. I can never see where they're going, and they keep me hooked!
- With the snow and cold temperatures, some chicken and dumplings were in order. We tried this recipe, and it wasn't bad. We doubled it, and we added peas and carrots to the mix. It'll be sure to warm and fill you up.
- Since one of my New Years Resolutions is to lose 52 lbs, one pound per week, I'm going to keep track of it here, below, to hold myself more accountable.
