Now that we are in a new year, let's talk about our resolutions for 2026. Of course, I want to do better in so many areas of my life, but I narrowed it down to two that are important for my health - physically and mentally.
- I'm going to continue on my weigh loss journey to lose the remaining 42lbs!
- I'm going to read one more book than I did in 2025 for a total of 21!
