Together, we can keep pets fed and families together during financial hardships with Mollies Morsels Pet Pantry.
Mollies Morsels Pet Pantry started by happenstance, but it's become a necessity for many.
It began when owner Tara Coppolechia received a big donation of pet food that she didn't know what to do with, and she partnered up with Conway Meat Market to give it away. She posted about it online, and people started to show up.
By week three, she realized there was a huge need for pet food in the area, and with the guidance from our friend and hers - Jennifer Archer of Santa Claus for Paws - she created the 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Since the end of last year, the organization's helped 63 people and countless pets, keeping families together and saving animal shelters from taking in more dogs and cats.
If you need assistance, don't be embarrassed or afraid to ask for help! Just show up with a valid form of ID at the Conway Fresh Meat Market every Sunday starting at 1p. She'll give away pet food until 3pm, while supplies last.

All donations are tax-deductible, and they're currently seeking local business sponsors to help meet the growing need in our community.
