Empower women and strengthen our community through the North Myrtle Beach Woman's Club.
For over 52 years, the North Myrtle Beach Woman's Club has positively impacted our surrounding area through volunteerism and charitable giving.
They've supported 24 different organizations, furthering education, health, domestic violence awareness, community development and so many more causes, and they estimate they've raised over $1,000,000 since the club began, in addition to being an integral part in bringing the new library, large community center and rescue squad to North Myrtle Beach.
The club currently consists of 115 women putting in time and sharing resources to better the community, and they're always looking for more help.
Give back by becoming a member, or attend their three major fundraisers:
- What A Difference A Mile Makes Domestic Violence Awareness Walk
- Purses with Purpose Charity Event
- Christmas Candelight Tour of Homes
The What A Difference A Mile Makes Domestic Violence Awareness Walk is coming up in October on Saturday the 17th at the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex, so go ahead and put it on your calendar now.
Donations are also welcome and tax deductible as they're a 501(c)(3).
