United Way of Horry County is hosting a Community Baby Shower, and they need your help!
They'll be collecting Bundles of Joy, Baby Basic Kits to deliver to 450 families with children ages 0-5 across Horry County, where only 30% of children enter kindergarten ready to learn.
Support young families and promote early childhood brain development, which will change trajectories, by donating:
- Diapers
- Wipes
- Designated children's book, such as:
- Bright Baby First Words by Roger Priddy
- Touch and Feel Baby Animals
- Baby's First Numbers
- Dear Zoo by Rod Campbell
- Put Me in the Zoo by Robert Lopshire
Or you can sponsor a Basics Kit with a $10 donation to support brain development for children 0–3, which includes books and Basics Insights enrollment.
After the two-day event, and with the help of Two Men & a Truck, they'll deliver the Bundles of Joy, Baby Basic Kits to Conway Elementary School on June 20th.
Let's help boost their learning and invest in our children's future.
Join EASY Radio on-site Tuesday, June 10th, from 6am to 10am!
