Help Meals on Wheels of Horry & Georgetown County continue to prepare and deliver meals to the elderly, terminally-ill and homebound!
Meals on Wheels of Horry & Georgetown County (MOW) is doing amazing work in the area, and they need our assistance.
Every day the team at MOW fixes large-scale meals with love and compassion and delivers them to their clients, who they refer to as their grandparents, while also providing fellowship. These individuals can't reliably obtain or prepare food, so MOW is their main source of nutrition and connection.
In recent years, the number of people receiving their services has grown tremendously therefore also putting a strain on their supplies, and since they are a non-profit, they don't receive additional money from local, state or federal government.
It takes a lot of resources to meet the increasing need, so let's help them restock by filling the Two Men & A Truck truck at EASY Radio's Stuck-In-A-Truck Food Drive. This annual event has become the largest food collection of the year for them, and we hope this year is the biggest and most successful one yet!
